Romanian gymnast wins gold at the European champsuonships

Mediafax imageRomaniangymnast Andreea Munteanu, 16, has won on Sunday, 19th of April, the gold medal on the beam event at the European Championships in Montpellier. According to the gymnast got a mark of 14,366 and the exercise has been considered as the most difficult compared to the other eight finalists. The competition has gathered 167 participants from 38 countries.

Andreea Munteanu has won before several competitions, such ad the bronze all around, the silver on balance beam and the bronze on floor exercise in the 2012 European women’s Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Brussels, Belgium.

She has also won gold on beam in the Vottbus World Cup in March, 2014.
