Romanian movie festival opens in London this weekend


If you care to see Romanian movies but you live in the UK a Romanian movie festival begins this weekend and ends on November 14.

The 13th edition of the festival takes place in London,at the Soho Curzon festival. The audience will be able to view movies such as Baccalaureate, directed by Cristian Mungiu, Seranevada, directed by Cristi Puiu, Maria si banii, directed by Cristi Puiu, Ilegitim, directed by Adrian Sitaru, Dogs directed by Bogdan Mirica and Acasa la Tata, directed by Andrei Cohn.

The festival has a special Q& A event with special guests such as Alexandru Papadopol, Ana Ciontea, Vlad Ivanov, Maria Dragus and Alina Grigore. The event is hosted by British journalists Ian Haydn Smith and Mike Philips.
