Romanian athlete wins European title at men’s discus

Alin Alexandru Firfirica has won the European title at men’s discus in the European under 23 held in Tallinn, this year with a result of 60,64 m.

Second place was taken by Wojciech Praczyk (Poland  with 58,96 metres) and Robert Szikszai (Hungary, 58.82 metres). On Friday, Andreea Elena Panturoiu has secured a silver medal in the triple jump competition with 14,13 metres.
