Romanian student wins best student of the year award

George-Cristian Potrivitu Bocanet from Humulesti has been awarded the best Romanian student of the year in Europe at the seventh edition of the Romanian Student Gala outside of Romania. This event awards academic excellence.

George-Cristian has graduated from Stefan cel Mare National College, Targu Neamt, has studied aerospace engineering in Bucharest and did a Master degree in science and space technology at the Lulea Technical university in Sweden.He is curently student at Paul Sabatier university in Toulouse, France.

The jury of the Romanian student Gala was formed of academician Ionel Valentin Vlad, Horatiu Malaele, the academician Solomon Marcus, academician Victor Voicu, professor Cicerone Rotaru, doctor Calin Ciofu and researcher Doring Dusciac.
