A team of specialists from the Institute for Cryogenics and Isotope Separation from Valcea have invented an electric car that will be available on the market in 2019. The car is called The Electric Wolf and the researchers hope that it will be able to rely on an electric motor for at least 300 km.

The institute has been working on this project since 2012 and  now the car is able to reach an autonomy of 180 km. The Electric Wolf  looks like a van that has batteries on the floor and storage batteries are charged by a hydrogen and fuel cell. The cell helps the car reach longer ranges than a normal electric car. The batteries are deposited inside the car on the floor. The car also has electrical energetic systems of energy conversion for the batteries and the hydrogen tank. Dr. Mihai Varlam, one of the creators of the car noted that the autonomy of the car is given by how much hydrogen you can store in the car. The Electric Wolf has special indicators that tell the driver the battery level and how many kilometres the car is able to go.
