The Romanian Scouts have prepared all sorts of activities for children and adults. The activities included juggling, face painting, origami, dance, shadow theatre and making soap balloons. Children were also able to hang their wishes on a Wish Tree and also to stick good thoughts on a special panel.
The scouts also sang on special set scenes in Carol park and in the evening the scouts, together with the public, set special lamps with candles inside, around the main lane in Carol park. Around 15,000 lamps were set in the park in the evening.
Visitors were very happy about the event. Luana from Berceni stated for AGERPRES ” I want to become a scout, because they do wonderful things. I have worked with them and I made my own lamp.”
