8 successful women awarded by the Business Women Association in Cluj

The Cluj Business Women Association has awarded 8 successful ladies at an Excellence gala.Over 250 people participated at the event. The event opened with a special award given to Ana Pop Curseu for her achievements as a manager at the National theatre. Miss Curseu stated

” I am very excited that I am here. Thank you to the Business Women Association.I did not expect such an honour.”

A courage award was given to Raluca Ilinca Rotariu, who created a rehabilitation centre for people with disabilities.

The Women Association has 70 members so far and every year they try to find and award women that are successful in the business field. The association was created in 2004 by Mihaela Rus, the director of an advertising business and its members come from very different fields, some own their own business, some are medicine doctors, professors, psychologists. They are all active women who try to improve the city of Cluj- Napoca.
