The Balkan sports competition has proved to be successful for Romania this year. Adelina Pastor from CSM Timisoara has won the gold medal for the 4×400 metr relay race.
She has won the gold together with Anamaria Ionita, Andreea Miklos and Bianca Razorwith a time of 3:31:26. They have beatrn Greece with a 6 seconds difference and Turkey, which ended up on the third place.
At the 400 metre flat, Bianca Razor has won the bronze medal and Andreea Ograzean has won the bronze for the 200 metre race with a score of 24,25 seconds,
Cosmin Dumitrache has also won the silver for the 110 metre fence race with 14,01 seconds. The first place was secured by Milan Trajkovic from Cyprus. Altogether, Romania has managed to gain 236 points, which means it won the second place in the competition, after Turkey.
