Team Romania has won the Prague Debate Spring 2016. The team has managed to beat Malaysia at the debate competition. The students have debated on the motion “This House supports civil disobedience as a response to injustice”.
Previously Romania has beaten South Afrika in the semifinals on the debate of “THBT is is legitimate for states to reject immigrants that oppose the core social values of the receiving state” and South Korea in the quarter-finals.
The Prague Debate Spring is a competition that attracted debaters from all around the world, including Canada, China, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia and Italy, Argentina, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Qatar and Pakistan.
