Visitors relive the medieval times at Dracula Fest

Visitors to the Dracula Fest this year have enjoyed a medieval atmosphere and thematic shows.

The festival was organized at Vlad Tepes’ castle in Poenari and visitors had to walk up the 1,480 stairs. They were greeted with a bag of food and water just like Vlad Tepes was welcomed here. The festival started with the story of the arefeni brothers, a medieval music recital by the children from theDinu Lipatti Art high school, a recital by Bogdan Ion Mircea, cake tasting, folk recital and a fire dancing show.
