Romanian students win gold, silver and bronze medals at International Astronomy Olympiad

Romanian students tend to conquer all olympiads and this year they managed to win several medals at the Astronomy olympiad.

Students Robert- Gabriel Pascalau from the Tudor Arghezi school in Navodari, Constanta county, Paul Florin Rebenciuc from the Miron costin primary school, Suceava and Radu Andrei from the Nicolae Balcescu national college in Braila have all won gold medals.

Anca Dragulescu, from the International Informatics college in Bucharest, has won the silver medal and David Corneliu Turtureanu from the Stefan cel Mare national college in Suceava, Andrei Horatiu Eftimie and Andrei Cosmin, students at the International Informatics college in Bucharest have won the bronze medals.

The International Olympiad of astronomy took place in Plovdiv-Pamporovo, Bulgaria this year between October 5-13. Students from more than 20 countries have participated this year.
