Rescuers in Constanta help woman give birth in a snow quad

The SMURD rescue team has helped a woman give birth in a snow quad. Two SMURD doctors from ISU Constanta have helped two days ago to evacuate and transport two pregnant women from Adamclisi and Dobromir, Constanta county.

At Dobromir exit, the car got blocked in the snow and waited for a special snow quad to come and transport the woman to the hospital. The woman, however, gave birth in the quad. She was helped by the two paramedics which were also assisted from the distance through the speaker by the doctor from the Constant hospital.

The newborn is a healthy baby boy and both the mother and the baby boy were transported to the hospital.
