“Dogs” by Bogdan Mirica has received the best foreign movie award. The award was given by the French Union of Film Critics, which runs the Critic’s week sidebar at the Cannes Film Festival at the Cinematheque Francaise in Paris.
The movie has previously won the Un Certain Regard award last year at the Cannes film festival in 2016.
The psychological thriller stars Dragos Bucur, Vlad Ivanov and Gheorghe Visu. The movie tells the story of a young man that moves from the city to the countryside to sell an inheritance from his grandfather. The man then finds himself in the middle of several strange events.
