Soon after the protests finished on Friday, people in Bucharest and Cluj started cleaning the streets. Many of them were carrying bin bags and they managed to left the areas clean. In Bucharest, protesters cleaned the Victoriei square and in Cluj in the centre of the city.
Plastic bottles and cups were collected in bags. A video of an old woman who came in the market to clean also went viral.
