Romania wins the European Karate Championships

Romania has won 13 gold medals, 10 silver medals and 7 bronze medals at the European Karate Championship.

The competition is organized in Cluj-Napoca this year and Romania has managed to win the European Championship, after already winning 30 medals. Romania has lost the championship last year to Italy.

1,846 sportsmen from 26 countries participate in the 9th edition of the WUKF competition these days.  This competition has brought Romania 30 medals, Slovakia has won 6 gold medals, 3 silver ones and 7 bronze medals, Italy has won 5 gold medals, 4 silver ones and 9 bronze medals, Denmark won 4 gold medals, 8 silver medals and one bronze medal and Polan has won 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 2 bronze medals.
