Bucharest will have a building with its own running track on the roof. A Swedish company is planing to invest 38 million euros a building that will be set up close to the Politechnic metro station.
The building will have 11 floors and a 22,000 square metres surface. The building will be finished next year.
The building is set up to be the first building in Romania to be WELL certified and this means the building has to certified on seven criteria- water, light, food, fitness, mind and comfort. This was a certification which was introduced in 2014 in the US and it guarantees that the buildings in which we spend time are creating an atmosphere of wellnes and to not affect our health.
The Swedish company has also previously built the Green Court Bucharest, which is a three building complex.
