Over 600 artists have performed at the Alaiul Primaverii ( spring’s suite) festival in Resita. The artists belong to different ethnicities in the Caras Severin county. The artistic groups that were present at the festival not only represented Romanian communities but also national minorities such as Germans and Serbs. All groups have performed on stage traditional music and dances.
The organizers want to promote traditions, customs and popular music in the Banat.
