Over 500 inventions presented at the 2017 Iasi Exhibition of Inventions

Over 500 researchers presented their inventions this weekend at the Inventions Fair in Iasi.

The event took place at the Culture Palace and it had four different events, an inventions exhibit, an international conference, a visual arts area, and a research book area.

The inventions were presented by international researchers and also by Romanian students and university professors. On the first day of the event, over 50 scientific papers were presented by researchers from 15 countries. The 500 inventions that were exhibited were presented by researchers from 30 countries.

Additionally, over 100 books in the field of technical research were presented and examined by a jury.

On Saturday the organizers set up a workshop and afterward a ceremony was organized to award the best inventions. The best invention was awarded 100,000 lei.
