Bucharest and Cluj will host the White Night of the Romanian movie on Friday, 22 September.
40 fictional movies, documentaries and short movies will be shown at different locations, such as the Muzeul Taranului cinema, Elvire Popesco cinema, Eforie cinematica, Gloria cinema, J’ai Bistrot, Gastrobar, Unteatru and Gradina cu Filme in Bucharest. In Cluj the locations is Victoria cinema.
The festival will also show several premiers such as “Perfectly healthy” directed by Anca Damian, ” A step behind serafim” directed by Daniel Sandu and Marita directed by Cristi Eftimie.
Romanian shorts such as “Broken” directed by Alex Mironescu, “Date Night” directed by Stela Pelin, “Chers Amis” directed by valeriu Andriuta and “Farul” directed by Ionut Gaga will be shown at the Deschis Gastrobar.
Viewers will also be able to see Romania’s proposal for Oscar this year: “Fixeur” .
