Another great success for our Romanian students, as the AutoVortex team has won the first place at the Russia Open International Robotics championships.
27 teams have participated in this competition and the first prize means that the team has qualified for the International Championship in the USA.
This is not the first time the team has been successful. On January 28 AutoVortex have also won the gold medal at the Seul International Robotics Championships in South Korea.
The team is formed of 20 students who study at different colleges: Tudor Vianu IT national college, Saint Sava national college, ICHB, BSB, AISB, Ion Creanga national college, Gheorghe Lazar national college, Jean Monnet theoretical high school- all from Bucharest as well as Barbu Stirbei national college from Calarasi.The team was coached by doctor Panea Ionut Valentin and student Panea Elena Andreea.
