Banatul Dance Group participates in Black Sea Circle cross cultural festival

Romanian communities are all over the world and the US is no exception. For this reason, communities often organize cultural events such as folk concerts.

Recently, a cross cultural festival called Black Sea Circle took place in New York.  The festival’s name represents the countries which make a circle around the Black Sea. Several minorities, such as the Romanian, Ukrainian and Georgian got together to celebrate. The festival is on its 2nd edition. The dance groups that performed are : Gorana dance, Dancing Crane Georgian dance, Banatul Dance Group and the Iskra Ukrainian Folk Dance.
